Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of FlightMVP at flightmvp.com ("the Service"), operated by Kalvis Berzins, a sole trader in England, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service, and important accuracy disclaimer

FlightMVP provides an interactive map and tools for discovering flight routes, together with informational overlays (climate, visa, travel-advisory, timezone and similar) and links to third-party booking and comparison sites.

All information on FlightMVP is provided for general informational purposes only and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Flight routes and schedules change frequently; visa, entry, health and travel-advisory information is summarised and may not reflect current official requirements. You must independently verify all critical information — routes, fares, schedules, visa and entry requirements, and travel advisories — directly with airlines, official government sources, and the relevant authorities before booking or travelling. We are not a travel agent, airline, or booking service, and we do not sell flights.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it; scraping or harvesting data at scale; circumventing rate limits or access controls; or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Paid features

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid subscription tiers in future; if we do, the applicable price and terms will be presented clearly before you purchase, and separate billing terms will apply.

6. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including flight and accommodation booking and comparison services (such as Skyscanner and Booking.com). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, services, or policies. We may earn a commission when you click certain links and make a booking, at no extra cost to you.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its content (excluding third-party and openly-licensed data) are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying data is sourced from providers including OpenFlights, AeroDataBox, Open-Meteo and others under their respective licences. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trip planning.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any information in it — including any travel disruption, missed connection, denied entry, or cost arising from inaccurate or outdated information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
